At GlowSip™, our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible, wherever you are located.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed promptly and packed with care. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

GlowSip™ products may ship from one of several fulfillment centers located in Australia, the United States, Canada, or China, depending on:

• Stock availability
• Your shipping address
• Freight and carrier performance
• Weather or logistics conditions

This allows us to select the fastest and most reliable shipping route for your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center used.

Most customers receive their GlowSip™ order within 8–12 business days after dispatch.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Subscription Orders

If you are enrolled in a GlowSip™ subscription, your orders will be processed and shipped automatically based on your subscription schedule.

Subscription orders are processed on the same calendar day each month based on the date of your original purchase.

Example:
If your first order was placed on September 10th, your next order will be processed on October 10th, then November 10th, and so on unless the subscription is cancelled.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. GlowSip™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.
