Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our 30-Day Glow Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

    GlowSip™ should be used consistently for at least 30 days before initiating a refund request. This ensures the product has been given adequate time to be properly experienced.
  • Opened Products Eligible After 30 Days
    Opened containers can be returned only after the full 30-day period has passed and no results were experienced.
  • Proof of Purchase Required
    Customers must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase when submitting a refund request.
  • No Early Refunds
    Refund requests submitted before the 30-day usage period or without consistent usage, you may not qualify for the money-back guarantee.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
